A licensed fintech firm is hiring a Head of Legal and Compliance to lead internal counsel functions, advise on licensing matters, and manage regulatory risk.
Requirements
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales or another recognised common law jurisdiction with 10+ years of legal and compliance experience • Background in fintech banking payments or securities law • Deep knowledge of FCA regulation UK AML requirements and UK GDPR • Proven ability to lead teams and engage confidently with regulators and senior stakeholders • Strong judgement
