Requirements
• Degree in Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering • 3–5 years of experience in property construction or building services firms in the UK • Familiar with HVAC plumbing and electrical systems • Strong coordination skills and clear report writing • Strong spoken and written English
