A boutique hotel is hiring a Front Desk Officer to handle guest check-in and check-out, reservation coordination, and concierge support.
Requirements
• Diploma or above in Hospitality or Tourism Management • 1–2 years of front desk or hotel reception experience • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Familiar with hotel booking systems and payment handling • Fluent English required an additional language is an advantage
