• Degree in Marketing or Digital Media • 2–3 years of digital marketing experience • Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager Google Ads and SEO • Fluent in English

• Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management • 4+ years of hotel operations experience • Excellent leadership and communication skills • Fluent in English additional languages preferred • Strong conflict resolution and staff supervision ability

• Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism • 3+ years of front-office experience in hotels • Good leadership and communication skills • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia • Flexible with shifts and weekend work

• Degree in Hospitality or Business Management • 5+ years of experience in hotel operations • Strong guest service focus and team leadership • Fluent in Korean and conversational English • Experience in resort management is a plus
