• Diploma or certificate in Construction Management Building Studies or a related discipline • 1–3 years of site supervision experience on UK construction sites • Working knowledge of UK site safety procedures and site coordination • Valid CSCS card required

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management • 7+ years of project experience with multinational clients • Familiar with PRC building codes and stakeholder reporting • Strong leadership and time management • Fluent in Mandarin English working proficiency

• Degree in Quantity Surveying Construction Economics or a related discipline • 3–6 years of QS experience in building or civil works in the UK • Strong measurement skills cost planning

• Degree in Supply Chain Business or Engineering • 2–4 years of procurement experience in the UAE • Familiarity with construction materials and local vendors • Proficient in English and Microsoft Excel

• Diploma or certificate in Health and Safety or a related discipline • NEBOSH Construction Certificate preferred • 2–4 years of site safety experience in the UK construction sector • Familiar with risk assessments toolbox talks and site reporting

• Degree in Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering • 3–5 years of experience in property construction or building services firms in the UK
