• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering • 3+ years of structural design experience in the UK • Familiar with UK Building Regulations and relevant structural design standards • Strong skills in ETABS SAP2000 or similar software

• Degree in Mechanical Electrical or Building Services Engineering • 2–5 years of project coordination experience • Familiar with AutoCAD shop drawings

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Project Management • 7+ years of project experience with multinational clients • Familiar with PRC building codes and stakeholder reporting • Strong leadership and time management • Fluent in Mandarin English working proficiency

• Certificate or diploma in drafting engineering or related field • 1–2 years of AutoCAD drafting experience • Knowledge of building services layouts and schematic drawings • Able to follow project schedules and revisions

• Degree in Environmental Engineering Environmental Science or a related discipline • 3+ years of experience in environmental assessment or permitting • Familiar with UK planning and permitting requirements and environmental compliance • Strong report writing in English

• Degree in Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering • 3–5 years of experience in property construction or building services firms in the UK
